What is the deposit and payment policy?
We require a deposit of $50 upon reservation. Balance must be paid before the inflatable is set up. We accept payment by credit card, cash or check. A returned check fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks.
What is your Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy?
Bounce On In reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather. There are no penalties for cancellations due to inclement weather including rain and heavy winds as long as it’s made prior to set up, you will have the option of rescheduling or simply requesting a full refund.
Cancellations other than inclement weather require a two week notice (14 days). Your deposit will be applied to a future date which must be redeemed within 1 year.
Are you insured?
Bounce On In is fully insured, inspected and certified by the State Of New Jersey yearly.
What are the yard requirements for the set up of the inflatable?
Requirements are as follows, no pet droppings or sharp objects on the ground such as rocks, sticks, roots or stumps that can puncture the inflatable. We also require that in-ground sprinkler systems be turned off. The surface should be as flat as possible and there should be an electrical outlet within 100ft of the inflatable. We can provide a generator & gas upon request for an additional cost.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, BOI will deliver, set up, clean and sanitize your equipment and take down the units at the end of the event as well as removing them from your premises.
What time do you deliver and pick-up the jumper?
Delivery & pick up times depend on our daily schedules. We will call you the day of your event when we are in route to you. We sometimes have to arrive as early as 7am to ensure that all our deliveries are on time. In this case you are not charged for any extra time.
What is the rental period?
We provide full day rentals or up to 6 hours.
Do you provide attendants?
Attendants can be provided at an additional cost upon request.
Can you set up inflatables indoors or in parks?
We are able to set up in parks and outdoor events such as block parties and church functions etc, but please note that some may require a permit issued by your municipality and is your responsibility to obtain. Also outdoor events will require that BOI provide an attendant at an additional cost.
Indoor facilities such as gyms, auditoriums, catering halls etc., are no problem as long as the ceilings have the proper clearance.
What type of surface do need to set up on? Can you set up on my driveway?
The inflatables are designed to be set up on lawns. We can set up on most surfaces, let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate equipment with us.
Most slides (water slides and slide only units) have to be setup on a lawn or grass and need to be staked down to avoid tipping over. Yes, most of our inflatables can be set up in driveways and a slight slopes are not a problem as well.
How many children can safely bounce safely?
This generally depends on the inflatable and the age and size of the children. The amount can range between 4-7 children of equal size and age, depending on the capacity of the inflatable.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Bounce On In has a first come first serve policy. Event Rentals can be reserved at anytime but from experience we feel that good planning leads to success. BOI also welcomes last minute reservations due to our large inventory and will try to accommodate you to help you succeed in your planning.
